PRISM has developed an advanced technological system especially for manufacturing of precise, perfect and finished tablet tools - punches & dies.

The raw material used in the production of Tablets is compressed by a pressure of several tons on a small area of a few square millimeters to produce a visually perfect tablet. Hydrophilic and abrasive action on the tablet raw materials often leads to abrasion and sticking of the tablet to the tablet press tool. This reduces both, the quality of the product and fast and smooth operational sequence of the manufacturing process. The harder and more smooth the surface of the tablet press tool can be made, the smaller will be the risk of abrasion and the sticking of the tablet.

PRISM is working closely with Euro and IPT Standards for all make Tablet Press including Fetta, IMA, Korsh, Hata, Kikusui, Manesty, Killian, Courtoy, Horn, Stokes and Cadmach from Single Station Complex Tablet design to multi tipped tools. This provides interchangeability of all D and B Tooling with all Tablet Press.
