Detailed Product Description
Prism Octagonal Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing, lubricating and blending of dry powder and granules homogeneously for facilitating better flow ability of the material for Tabletting and capsules.
The basic machine consists of product mixing drum. A drum mounted with single ends by hub shafts on directly on gearbox shaft. The complete drive unit enclosed with s.s304. The drive unit consisting of motor, reduction gear box and control panel.
The machine meets cGMP requirements with contact parts of SS 316 quality and non contact parts of SS 304 or cladded /covered. All welded joints are argon process ground and well polished to mirror/matt finished. The mixing drum is mirror finished from inside and outside up to 220 grit.
Capacity available from 1 Kg to 5 Kg.
