• Excellent mixing and tumbling by special design of baffles.
• Inbuilt design with Inlet Air and Exhaust Air System.
• Pan diameter  12/ 300 mm
• All the product contact parts are made from Stainless Steel corresponding to AISI 316
• Non-contact parts & outer surfaces made from Stainless Steel corresponding to AISI 304.
• All doors, safety guards and covers are provided with a suitable food grade seals.
• Pan speed 3 to 20 RPM Control through AC frequency Drive.
• Enclosed Pan Drive
• 1 no. removable baffles will be provided on each sloping face of the pan and total 2 nos. baffles.
• Inlet Air and Exhaust Air flow control by A C Frequency variable drive.
• The above perforated has a suitable mouth opening for tablet Charging and Discharging provided with stainless steel cover and a glass window for process visualization.
• Front Entry stainless steel arm, with facility to adjust the angle of spray guns is provided.
• A stainless steel 304 sinks at bottom of pan for collection of powder with necessary stainless steel piping and also used as a sink to collect water while cleaning / changeover.
• Pan Light is provided for illumination in side the pan
• Structural components manufactured from SS 304.
• Pan fitted with Inlet Air and Exhaust Plenums having the Uni-Seal system for efficient sealing with the rotating pan.
• The unit mounted on Anti Vibration pad.
